This caught me by surprise. Bill Clinton, former US president and Cigar connoisseur extraordinaire has his own personal blog. Apart from it being truly personal, and not very politically correct, it’s very, very sincere. I made a post on another blog concerning Lebanon. A reader left a comment, mentioning Clinton’s perspective on the Lebanese situation. I honestly was caught completely off guard. Clinton says, quite simply: “Bashar Asad killed Rafiq Hariri”. Then he goes into a tirade of all the problems that we, as Lebanese, have with the Syrians. Just reading his words, I felt the guy was one of us, not the president of another nation! He mentioned the Syrian workers, the Syrian religions situation, as well as an interesting analysis of dictators and dictatorship. I would highly recommend reading this blog entry.

And, if politics isn’t the thing for you right now, check ou Clinton bitching about his brother shooting up and visiting strip clubs… “Oh God, sometimes I really hate my family”. A teenager in the throng of adolescense? Nope, just your everyday, run-of-the-mill former US president…
