Took me a while to decode that one. Turns out, the guy was trying to say: “Backing up”…
George W. Bush, in a press conference with Iraqi PM Allawi, and responding to all the news reports that the Iraqi situation was extremely volatile, and that people all over Iraw were in constant danger:
“I asked PM Allawi about the situation, and he told me that it wasn’t as bad as the media says it is. I believe him. You know, he lives there.”
