Give me a fucking break!
God has a fucked up sense of humor. Either that, or I definitely chose a wrong career…
Since I know that I am doing something that I really love, then it is settled: God is intentionally messing with me.
I don’t know what the purpose for that is; bringing me back to Christianity? Bullying won’t do it. Testing me? Yeah right, well I won’t crack. So what then??? Is he just having a few laughs at my expense? Well, the joke’s on him… If something happens enough times, you start expecting it at every turn…
Well, those that know a little about what has been happening since I moved here may have an inkling… my laptop again!
This is the fourth (or is it fifth) time that it fucks up at a turning-point in my stay here (well, I consider it a turning point)… First week of my Master’s, it crashed, took two months to repair. Fucked up the start of my Masters, and dealt a blow to my motivation…Got it back mid December, stupidly hoped the new year would be better. hard disk crashed on new year’s eve. Lost a lot of personally valuable data… Fixed it up, had a nice trip to Athens, came back all pumped up for a new semester, crashed on the first day back. So, I went and bought a new laptop… Now this one is acting up, right around my finals! Granted, that it’s only a problem with colors (and I might be able to repair it quickly tomorrow) still, it’s a low blow…
On the other hand, everything else seems to be working out, so maybe I judged him to soon. Maybe he just doesn’t want everything to work out perfectly, something always has to go wrong?? Well, I have established a quest… I will try to commit all major sins (relatively).. now I’ll have to look them up, since I can’t remember them all, but I know that I broke one just yesterday…. Now to see about the rest of those sins…
